Terms and Conditions

For your convenience we advise clients to wear loose, comfortable clothing. We cannot accept responsibil¬ity for any damage caused to clothing during treat-ments. In keeping with health and safety regulations set out by the environmental health department, we sterilise and sanitise equipment for all services and treatments. We also wear surgical gloves for treat¬ments on intimate areas or were there could be a chance of blood spotting. Under 16’s will only be treated if a parent is present and/or a consent form has been signed. We reserve the right to charge a fee for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior. If the treatment is part of a course that treatment will be deducted from the course. All packages must be paid for in full and in advance, completed within six months and are non-refundable and non-transferable. We accept cash and personal cheques with a guarantee card. All treatments are carried out by pro-fessionally qualified therapist, however, we regret we are unable to guarantee results.
